I haven’t shown my face on the blog for a while, but I’m anxiously waiting for an opportunity to get back in front of a camera, so I can review all the new cosmetics I’ve received (including Lime Crime’s Carousel lip glosses, wooh!) and show off this glorious item that I just received in the mail:
The reason I’ve been hiding out lately is because my body lashed out at me–leaving me with a wonderfully large and noticeable rash on my face that I’m still waiting to clear up. But as I continue to hide out for another week or so, I figured I’d mention a bit about what I’ve been up to.
I’ve been playing around with image boards, coming up with ideas for how to switch things up a bit for Spring, and I’ve recently fallen in love with assymmetrical eye makeup. Wearing a different color eye shadow on each eye is the newest thing I’ve latched on to–it’s not only playful, but the quizzical looks from strangers are an added bonus.
But besides searching out new style inspiration, I’ve also been gearing up for the changes I’ll be making to my Etsy shop, Strange Days. Instead of just jewelry, I’m going to begin selling clothes and accessories, which I’m pretty psyched about. I spent this past weekend working away, somehow overcoming my disdain for tie dye and using it to create something that I myself would actually want to buy… Here’s a tiny peek at the progrss.
Anyhow, just wanted to let ya’ll know that I’ll crawl out of my cave soon, and go back to being more consistent on here. That is, assuming I can tear myself away from these Monster High sticker dress-up dolls long enough to actually get some work done…
