I really wanted a tutu for this Halloween season but I’m flat out broke. My friend suggested I make one but I disregarded that idea at first because I can’t sew for shit. However, I found this totally simple, DIY tutorial from Forever 21 that is entirely fitting for the sewing inept.
However, believe me, your final product will not look like the picture they provided. But if you’re broke like me it’ll be good enough to hold you over until you can afford one made by people who actually know their way around a sewing machine.
