This past week I unexpectedly acquired some new fashion inspiration via the Colbert Report… I don’t know if any of you guys got the check out the wonderously gloomy band, The Black Belles, backing up Stephen Colbert as he premiered his absurd musical collaboration with Jack White, “Charlene II (I’m Over You)”.
As was to be expected, the girls took backstage to Colbert’s antics, but they left a lasting impression with me…leaving me pining for black velvet and hooded cloaks, and in search of other classy revamps of the iconinc pointed hat.
