Shortly after the runway\u00a0show began I had two thoughts. One: I hoped to get some good shots of Autumnlin’s collection. Two: I wanted to know who those black clad people in the front row with the colored hair were, and I hoped to run into them so I could take their picture.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>As coincidence would have it, my initial thoughts were linked, and the people in the front row were actually part of the Autumnlin design team.\"\"The reason I was so excited about this designer is because of the dark, other-wordly aspect of her work. Her wearable art is both sexy and sophisticated, with a punk edge.\u00a0\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And a particular lesson I learned\u00a0this trip was that, press pass or not, you have to be willing to mow people down to get a good shot.
